$EGG Burning 🔥
Our ecosystem burns egg to counteract inflation.
As all chikn lay $egg - forever - it is important that the chikn ecosystem continues to evolve & develop strategies to burn $egg - in order to mitigate the inflation of supply. However, we aren't advocates for buy-back style burns, or any type of 'ponzinomics' that are no proper indicator for the usage of a token. As such, our burn methods will always be a result of interacting with the chikn platform and the many products we offer. Some of these burning methods are:
  • Breakage fees (8.33% of all unstaked $egg). 🔥
  • $feed-swaps. 🔥
  • CNS: chikn naming service. 🔥
  • RNS: Roost naming service. 🔥
  • Minting of future NFT series. 🔥
  • Upgrading future NFT series. 🔥

We are quietly confident that, in time, we will be able to stabilise - if not decrease - the number of $egg in circulation simply through the natural usage of our ecosystem. Projected $egg burned over 24 Months: ~48million (~40% of Total supply)
